Kyle uses a blend of functional movement, calisthenics strength training, and yoga asana techniques to help clients move better. Whether your goal is to improve athletic performance, work on body composition, or Just to have fun while exercising there is something for everyone.

By blending a number of different modalities clients are able to develop a more complete understanding of their physical bodies and how to reach new hieghts.

No prior exercise experience is necessary to begin the journey.

Arm Balance & Inversion Workshop

Arm Balance & Inversion Workshop

A three part series to focus on arm balances and inversions that are typically seen in a yoga class.

We will learn about proper fundamentals including hand placement, shoulder positioning, and entrances. In addition we will work on mobility & strength training drills to help you develop a strong foundation for doing arm balances properly.

All drills and inversions will be presented in a fun manner that encourages engagement with other students.

The series sessions can be taken separately, or as a whole to build off of each other.
